Michael
Conlin, PT
Mike is a board certified, state licensed physical
therapist and owner of Anatomix Physical Therapy. He
attended Mandeville High School. After graduating Mike
joined the Army National Guard and attended Southeastern
Louisiana University. He received his physical therapy
degree in 1993 from Daemen College in Amherst, New York and
began working as an outpatient physical therapist shortly
after graduation. Mike has completed his credentialing
in Active Release Techniques®
for the spine, upper extremities, lower extremities, and biomechanics. He
is the first and only provider in the state of Louisiana
qualified to treat all areas of the body with the patented
technique. Mike also treats patients with a variety of
disorders using manual therapy and specializes in the
treatment of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Mike is active in multi-sport events including triathlons.
He was a former football player and swimmer and knows the
importance of returning to competition. Mike resides
in Hammond and is married to the former Michelle "Shelly" Graziano. Mike and Shelly have 3 children, Daniel,
Murphy, and Peyton. |

Alford, DPT
Michael is a board certified, state licensed Physical
Therapist. He received his BS in science from South
Eastern Louisiana University in May of 2001, and doctorate
in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for
Health Sciences in April of 2005. Mike resides in
Walker and is married to Casey Hinson Alford, a registered
Nuclear Medicine Technologist. |
Barry St.
Romain, P.T.A.
Barry is a native of Amite, Louisiana. He graduated
from Amite High School and then attended Southeastern
Louisiana University. Barry received his Associates
degree in Physical Therapist Assisting at Our Lady of the
Lake College in May of 2000. Barry is
married to Jennifer Fitzhugh St. Romain, a registered
nurse practitioner, and has 2 children, Trey and Lauren. |
Jonathan
Hartman, PTA
Jonathan is a native of Kentwood, LA. He graduated
from Jewel M. Summer High School and then attended S.L.U.
Jonathan received his Associates degree in Physical
Therapist Assisting at Our Lady of the Lake College in May of
2001. |
Shelly
Conlin, Office Manager
Shelly is a state licensed registered nurse. Shelly
is a lifelong resident of Hammond. She attended Holy
Ghost School and St. Scholastica Academy in
Covington. She received a Bachelor of Science degree
in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in
1992. She has worked in the nursing field for nine years and is enjoying a temporary career
change. Shelly is married to Michael Conlin and they
have 3 three children; Daniel, Murphy and Peyton. |

Physical Therapy Technician
Native of Houma, LA. Graduated from Vanderbilt C.
High School. Worked for Terrebonne General Medical
Center for 15 years as an Equipment Maintenance
Tech. |
Sean
Morrison, Physical Therapy Technician
Native of Hammond, Graduated from Hammond High
School. Currently attending SLU, earning a Bachelors
Degree in Exercise Science. Sean plans to attend
physical therapy school after graduating. |
Lisa
Fitzgerald, Insurance Clerk
Lisa is a life-long resident of Loranger. She
graduated from Loranger High School and is married to Cody
Fitzgerald. They have two sons Brannix and Laramie. |
